She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her children, Kim Banta (Tom), Brent Smith (Dawn) and Todd Smith (Theresa Cicchinellli); her grandchildren, Alexandria, David, Thomas, Mackenzie, Mitchell, Samantha and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Quinn and Clark.
