He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerold F. Burt and Mary A. Overhulser; and his son Scott A. Burt. He is survived by: his son Ryan Burt (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Cameron Alford and Kendall Burt. He is also survived by half-brothers and half-sisters.
