He is survived by: his mother Sherri Graham; his wife Jami Hefley; his children, Kaylynn Stofer, Jerramyah Stofer, ChyAnn Hefley and Mark Hefley III; his father Jerry "Doug" Vanessa Hefley Sr.; his sibling Amii (family: Nacole Arterburn, Heather Hefley); and his father-in-law Jack Arnold (Debbie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
