He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Charles Rinker and DeLoris Rinker (Thompson); and his sisters, Yvonne Judd and Gayle Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Patsy D. Rinker (Baldock) of Greenwood, IN; his son Eric Rinker; his daughter-in-law Haylee Rinker of Whiteland, IN; his daughter Shana Rinker Mann of Greenwood, IN; and his grandchildren, Magnolia Kay Mann of Indianapolis, IN, Milo Charles Morgan of Greenwood, IN and Maveric Lake Rinker of Whiteland, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
