She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Allen (Mike) and Annette Spicer; her grandchildren, Erin Sparks, Sara Allen and Kari Riley (Shahn); her sister Martha Holeman; and her husband Philip M. Spicer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
