He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Cook; his children, Kimberly "Kim" Musick (James) and Brent Cook (Kathy); his grandchildren, Cory Musick, Jacob Musick (Hope) and Alex Cook; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Adam Musick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home and Cremation Center (1605 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
