He is survived by: his wife Katy Ford; his children, Debra Ford-Meier, Janice Ford Pitcock (Dan) and Michael Ford Jr. (Angie); his grandchildren, Angela Carrigg (Josh), Steven Kidwell (Amanda), Chase Pitcock (Rachel) and Christi Ford; his sister Michelle DeLashmit (Jim); and his cousin Louinda Toole Barlow. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
