She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar McBroom and Maggie Mae McBroom (Richey); her husband Ralph E. Lawrence; and her siblings, Martha Murphy and Thurman "Mac" McBroom.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathie Schofield (Mike) of Indianapolis, IN, Margaret Wead (Richard) of Aiken, SC, Gina Campell (Danny) of Parsons, TN, Connie Lawrence of Brazil, IN, Sharon Stevenson of Sullivan, IN, Pam Gadberry (Steve) of Sellersburg, IN and Nancy Dean (Tom) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Jen, David, Paul, Jamie, Jennifer, Megan, Jessica, Hannah, Natalie and Hope; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Dickerson of Brazil, IN and Bob Murphy of Jasonville, IN. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Myrtle to Lincoln Christian Church.
