She is survived by: her children, Joe Blackburn Jr. (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, Jenny Kelp (Bill) of Nashville and Joni Bultman (Ed) of Franklin; her sisters, Carla Totten of Greenwood and Lynn Flower (Ronald) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Amanda Van Huss (Jay), Brad Dowling (Danielle), Brittany Dowling, Brandon Dowling, Heather Wehrle (Stephen), Andrew Bultman, Ashley Cruser (Dave), Zach Kelp, McKayla Luckey (Tracy) and Addyson Kelp; her great grandchildren, Robert, Gabriel, Brennen, Madison, Zayden, Blaine, Axel, Myles, Levi, Connor, Bryce, Kaizer, Dash and Kenley; and her pets, Mike, Luna and Kate. She is also survived by her family, the loyalty she gave her friends.
