She was predeceased by: her father Clifton Richard; her husband Max Lee Wiggins; and her grandsons, Matthew and Mitchell. She is survived by: her mother Ollie Eileen Brown; her children, Stacey Wiggins (Kathy), Regina Huber, Lisa Weist and George Wiggins (Roxana); her grandchildren, Caleb, Shelby, Travis, Cecila, Steven II, Levi, Donovan, Kaitlyn, Halie, Leland and Tobias; and her sister Janice Meldrum. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
