He is survived by: his wife Carla M. Ortegón; his children, Marta E. Ortegón of Greenwood, IN and Dana T. Ortegón of Cambridge, MA; and his grandchildren, Courtney Anne Hawk, Caleb Spilios Ortegón, Eden Francesca Spilios Ortegón and Emily Morgan Shannon Ortegón.
