He is survived by: his children, Matthew McCartuy, Justin McCarty, Josie McCarty and Hailey McCarty; his mother Victoria "Vickie" Scott (Bridges); his brothers, Mike Summers, James Summers (Melissa) and Jeremy Summers (Elizabeth); his close friend Amber Appleby; Kinlee Appleby.
