She was predeceased by : her brother Roy C. Shannon IV; and her grandparents, Ted and Mary Presley. She is survived by : her mother Carolyn Glowner (Richard); her brother Michael Shannon; her sons, Timothy McVey Jr. (Suzanne) and Anthony McVey; and her grandchildren, Elliott and Griffin McVey.

Memorial contributions in Sherri's name may be made to the ASPCA.
