He was predeceased by: his father Dan Stephen; his wife Mary Elizabeth; his sons, Scott Allen and Mark Daniel; and his brother Clayton Scott.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Malone (King); his children, Mary Annette and Stephen Edward; and his siblings, Lisa Jean, Kathleen Deanna, Mark Clinton, Dan Patrick and Brian Matthew. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
