He was predeceased by: his parent Cheryl K. Day; and his stepfather Paul Day. He is survived by: his significant other Jerry Nistelbeck; his brothers, Robert Miles (Becca) and Jerry Miles; and his stepsiblings, Dea Day-Miller (Mark) and Misty Jo Strange (Taryn).

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
