He was predeceased by: his father Thomas "Tom" Poston. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Caleb Poston (Ali) and Kate Osborne (Trevor); his mother Barb Poston; and his brother Robert "Bob" Poston.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Greenwood Christian Church (2045 Averitt Rd, Greenwood, IN 46143). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Upon learning that he would not be present to support his grandchildren through their college years as he had envisioned, Steve expressed a heartfelt wish that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a 529 college savings fund to help provide for their future education. [LINK to donations].
