She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard O. Ray and Catherine Tucker Ray; her son Jeffery T. Phillips; her siblings, Nettie Ray Crane and Danny Ray; her siblings-in-law, Fonda Kratoska, T. J. Brotherton, Mike Baker, Mickey Phillips, Paul Phillips and Lowell Kinnaird; and her nephews, Tom Brotherton, Rex Phillips and Mark Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas F. Phillips; her grandchildren, Jacob Phillips Maupin and Abigail Phillips; her sisters, Willie Mae Ray Brotherton and Tina Ray Baker; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Kinnaird, Page Phillips (Dennis McCullough), Jim Phillips (Theresa), Harley Phillips (Jeannie) and Frank Kratoska. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
