He is survived by: his wife Diana Shook (Bantly) of Greenwood, IN; his children, Thomas Shook II of New Port Richey, FL, Michael Shook (Casey) of Indianapolis, IN, Tracy Bays of Greenwood, IN and Terri Craig (Steve) of Greenwood, IN; his grandchildren, Tiara Leitzman, Shelby Shook, Tiffany Leitzman, William Rhymer, Sophia Shook, Veda, Deacon, Cora, Gibson and Ridge Craig; his great grandchildren, Rylon, Hailey and Tylar; and his sister Carol Speer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
