It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Valentin T. Pentchev of Greenwood, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Tsvetana and Todor; his brother Nikolay Penchev; his wife Liana Apostolova; and his sons, Julian and Martin Pentchev.

Due to COVID restrictions, we will only be able to serve wine and prepackaged offerings after the burial.

He became the Founder and the President of the Bulgarian Cultural Society Foundation and the Founding Director of the Bulgarian School in Indiana.
