With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curtis Theodore Carter of Griffith, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Peggy Carter; and his siblings, Charles Carter (Harriet), Cecil Carter (Faye) and Janice Meade (Dallas). He is survived by : his children, Bill Carter (Darnell), Mary Berger and Michael Carter (Laura); his grandchildren, Kevin Berger (Michelle), Steven Berger (Emily), Valerie Prince (Brian), Brett Carter, Kyle Carter (Claire), Alyssa Carter, Anthony Carter (Kendall), Brianna Carter and Curtis Carter; his great grandchildren, Ryan Berger, Rachel Berger, Autumn Prince, Carter Prince, Lee Carter, Emmie Carter and Sterling Carter; and his brother Ed (Jean).
