He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Foster and Helen Foster. He is survived by : his wife Moritza Foster; his stepdaughter Keisha Carter; his daughters, Brooke and Danielle; and his siblings, Deborah Johnson (Ron) and Charles Foster (Berdean).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Burns-Kish Funeral Home (8415 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
