He was predeceased by: his father Charles Coddington (Irma); and his in-laws, Roy and Clara Jeremiah. He is survived by: his wife Jody; his children, Michael Coddington (Holly), Emily Wlazlo (Kevin) and Matthew Coddington (Jissela); his grandchildren, Brady, Emersyn, Angel, Benjamin, Anna and Noah; his mother Elaine Kearney (late Phil); his siblings, Kevin Coddington, Terry Coddington (Bryan), Chuck Coddington, Dawn Hilbrich and Jeff Coddington; and his in-laws, Tim Jeremiah (Pam), Susan Colby (late Jeff), Tracy Jeremiah (Kelly), Mary Jeremiah (Rocky Huber), Jannie Urevig (Ron) and Tricia Kistler (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
