He was predeceased by: his father Robert Finck; his wife Teresa; his former wife Sally; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Finck; his children, Dan Finck (Rachelle), Katie Wilson (Tyler) and David Finck; his grandchildren, Austyn Ross (Tyler), Madison Finck, Thomas Wilson, Tucker Wilson, Addison Finck and Dean Finck; his great grandchildren, Dallys and Isabelle; and his brothers, James Finck (Theresa) and John Finck (Shelly).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association in Jeffrey's honor. https://www.lbda.org.
