He is survived by: his children, Laurie Gustafson (James), Pamela Miller (late Steven) and Thomas Sustan; his grandchildren, Brett, Sara Gustafson, Steven Andrew Miller and Abby Overweg (Luke); his great grandchild Malcolm Miller; and his close friend Milly.
