He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jacobs and Katherine Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Ben Jacobs and Emma Jacobs (Aaron Colley); his siblings, Marty Jacobs (Jennifer Cimbaljevich), Patty Pilarczyk, Judy Salczynski (Dean), Jimmy Jacobs (Aimee) and Johnny Jacobs (Ki); and his mother-in-law Myrna Vandergriff. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Griffith Animal Shelter 115 N. Broad St. Griffith, Indiana 46319.
