He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott DeLauro and Helen DeLauro; his daughter Elizabeth Ada DeLauro; and his sister Janis Flutka. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, David DeLauro, Cynthia Haney (Evan) and Timothy DeLauro; his grandchildren, Libby, Emerson, James and Jaycee Marie; his siblings, Stephen DeLauro (Kim), Elliott DeLauro II (Alice) and Deborah Volz (Steve); and his brother-in-law Rick Flutka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Hoosier Burn Camp P.O. Box 233 Battle Ground, Indiana 47920.
