Fortner, Jr. and Gail Denise Fortner; her siblings, Dalynn Kincannon (Damien), Kristin McDonald (Mark), Richard "Duke" Fortner and Cody Fortner; her father-in-law Chester "Chet" Nellett; her nieces and nephews, Everly, Harlow, Nolan and Noelle; and her grandparents, Richard R. Fortner Sr., Robert John and Joyce Peters. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and in-laws.
