He was predeceased by: his father Rae "Snuffy" Jensen. He is survived by: his mother Linda Jensen (Anglemyer); his wife Phyllis Jensen (Baker); his children, Ryan Jensen and Avery Jensen (Allison); his grandson Jasper Jensen; and his siblings, Lynn Jensen and Curt Jensen (Michelle).
