He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Winkler; his children, Richard Winkler (Cheryl) of Grovertown and Joyce Seese (Jon) of Hamlet; his grandchildren, Craig Winkler, Tracy Ortner and Jennifer Morrison; and his great grandchildren, Chris, Jake, Caitlyn, Ivy, Cohen and Gabriel.
