He was predeceased by: his mother Janyce Hay (Rahm). He is survived by: his wife Diana Hay (Kuhn); his children, Kristen (Tim), Kyle (Rachel) and Megan Hay; his father Robert Hay; his siblings, Karen Delfendahl (Randy), Andrew Hay (Teresa) and Jennifer Hay Shuey; and his grandchildren, Myles, Josephine, Desmond and Fletcher.
