She is survived by: her children, Theresa Horstman (Paul), Tammy Cunningham (David), Doug Hornbach (Dawn) and Deron Hornbach; her grandchildren, Jill Horstman (Justin Kaercher), Tracy Hartman (Dan), John Horstman (Hannah), Kevin Cunningham (Ashley), Kyle Cunningham, Sarah Ashcraft (Blake), Alex, Luke, Matthew, Emma and Maggie Hornbach; her great grandchildren, Dillon, Chloe, Ella Kaercher, June, Jack Hartman and Dale Ashcraft; and her brothers, Allen Fox (Linda) and Dan Fox (Carmen).
