He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Kuhn Hoffmeier; his parents, Frank Hoffmeier and Catherine Hoffmeier; and his siblings, Helen "Betsy" Hiltz, Mary Barbara "Sis" Peters and Francis "Blackie" Hoffmeier.
He is survived by: his brothers, Loran Hoffmeier (Rosemary) and Lester Hoffmeier; his children, Jeff Hoffmeier (Judy), Beverly Fisher (Ray), Ronald Hoffmeier (Dinah) and Sheila Knollman (Scott); Dave Kuhn (Dianne). He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and eight step-great grandchildren.
