He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Goar and Olive Goar (Dilling); his sister Carolyn Wright; and his son-in-law Mark Howell. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his daughters, Cinda Howell of Centerville and Cheryl Goar Koury (Nick) of Phoenix.
