He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Dorothy Elezabeth Zastawnik (Malson); and his siblings, James and Anita.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Lawn Cemetery (400 W High St, Hagerstown, IN 47346).
