He is survived by: his parents, Russell Wampler and JoAnn Wampler (Mays); his significant other Cheryl Kenworthy Wampler; his children, Whitney Pentecost (Rodney) of New Castle and Garrett Shook (Katie) of McComb, IL; his grandchildren, Jarrett Pentecost and Kelsey Pentecost; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Cowan and Ron Kenworthy (Dena); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Cowan (Amber), Matt Cowan (Brooke), Allyson Ward (Joseph) and Kristen McComb (Chase); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jase Cowan, Max Cowan, Ryder Ward, Avery Ward and Ava McCombs. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several cousins; and, many special friends.
