He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Smith; his children, Jason Smith, Jennifer Henderson, Victoria Smith and Juliana Smith; his grandchildren, Lauren Smith, Reed Zambor, Noah Stabler, J. J. Higginbotham, Presley Smith and Bryson Nelson; and his siblings, Mike Smith, Sharon Page, Rick Smith and Ron Smith.
