He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward and Thelma Esther Burton (Jennings); his wife Ruth Burton (Smith); his nephew Robin L. Boiles; and his niece Rita J. Hollarss.
He is survived by: his sister Orlynn Houser. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brick Cemetery (5352 N Brick Church Rd, Hagerstown, IN 47346).
