He was predeceased by: his father Robert Moore; and his sister Roberta Morris. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Moore (Mullins); his wife Rachel Moore; his son Timothy Moore; his brothers, Robert Moore (Sherry), John Moore (Kimberly), Tony Moore (Dusty) and Jeff Moore; his brother-in-law Steve Morris; and his caregivers, Nikki Daffron, Mary Maze and Destiny Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
