She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Frazier and Virginia Frazier; her siblings, Douglas Frazier and Susan Miller; her grandson Justus Leonard; and her pet Roscoe.
She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Hanley (Bill) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chad Schiebel (Amber) of Hamilton, Indiana; her grandchildren, Katie Davel (Jay), Chris Palacios, Cody Palacios, Jakob Leonard, Caitlin Martinez, Raegan Leonard, Corbin Schiebel and Graciana Leonard; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Davel, Delaney Davel, Kaanan Palacios and Cecilia Davel; and her siblings, Deborah Frazier of Folsom and Phil Frazier.
Memorial donations may be made in Cindy's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
