He was predeceased by: his father Jack Evard Sweet. He is survived by: his mother Rose Irene Sweet (Stemmler) of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Steven Sweet of Montgomery, IN, Michael Sweet of Monroeville, IN, Kimberly and Julie Sweet of Fort Wayne; and his wife Song K. Sweet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
