She was predeceased by: her daughters, Deborah K. Deck and Sandra J. Bruce; and her siblings, Charles Steinman and Betty Hoar. She is survived by: her sons, Randell S. Neff (H. Lynn) of Manheim and Scott A. Neff (Kimberly) of Lake Ariel. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
