He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Baxter and Kathryn Baxter (Waller); and his siblings, Rosella Bostic, Kenneth Baxter, Roberta Holman and Cloyce Baxter.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon E. Baxter of Hamilton; his children, Melissa A. Baxter Wiecinski (Richard Wiecinski) of Waterloo and Steven H. Baxter of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Paige Wiecinski, Brent Wiecinski and Brittany Wiecinski Hanson (Chris Hanson); and his great grandchildren, Owen Hanson and Elissa Hanson.
