Vingoe of Hamilton, Indiana; his son Paul Lemming (Stacy); his stepchildren, Tracy Foreman (Joel) of South Bend, Indiana and Travis Parsell (Adrienne); his grandson Logan; and his siblings, Belinda Cowan of South Carolina and Russell Vingoe of New York.
