We announce the death of Katherine Miller of Hamilton, Indiana, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 67. Katherine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William D Wismer and Katherine P. Wismer (Bennett); her brother William Wismer Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Richard King and Stanley Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Richard L. "Dick" Miller; her children, Nicole E. Ellsworth of Fort Wayne and Christopher M. Miller (Alecia) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Fitzgerald Ellsworth, Coraline Miller and Evelyn Miller; her siblings, Vicky King, Mike Wismer (Deb), Richard Wismer (Cindi), Don Wismer (Mimi) and Jerry Wismer (Brenda); and her siblings-in-law, James, Diane Miller, David, Cindy Miller, Max, Deb Miller, Anita and Dave Senesac.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home (875 S Wayne St, Waterloo, IN 46793). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (1098 Co Rd 39, Waterloo, IN 46793). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at the St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery (1098 Co Rd 39, Waterloo, IN 46793).
Memorials can be given in memory of Katherine to Gibault School in Terre Haute, Indiana, DeKalb County Humane Shelter or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
