She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen Sr. and Minnie Allen; her spouse Addie Minix; her granddaughter Amanda Minix; and her siblings, Mildred Bays, Margie Minix, Adgie Allen, Mazie Heister, Ruth Howard, Grover Allen, Clarence Allen, Cletis Allen (Jack) and Warren Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Dinah Raab (Rick), Clayton Minix (Brenda), Doyle Minix (Patti) and Terry Minix (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Bill Frazier, Brian Minix (Melissa), Brandon Frazier, Andrea Hoppe (Seth), Betsy Minix, Aubrey Lady (Ben), Kelsey Robinson, Gabrielle Norem (Adam) and Alexandria Minix; and her siblings, Eva Rice, Madge Whickcar, Clifford Allen and William Allen Jr.. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren—with two more grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ruby's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
