He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Beem Sr.; his son Aaron Joseph Beem; his brothers, Thomas and Terry Beem; and his nieces, Myriah Beem and Billie Jo Beem.
He is survived by: his children, Jordon Beem (Ashley) of Koontz Lake and Cynthia Beem of Knox; his grandchildren, Cashton of Koontz Lake and Coy Beem of Koontz Lake; and his siblings, Laura Beem (Shelby Schneider) of Knox and Gilbert Beem Jr. of Hanna.
