She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gervase and Antionette Gervase (Jeffery); her husband Carl Wozniak; and her siblings, John Gervase and Prudence Flexman.
She is survived by: her son David Wozniak (Lusia); her granddaughters, Katherine Dunn (Patrick) and Lisa Greer (John); and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Charlotte Dunn, Penelope and Emma Greer.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Carl and Josephine Wozniak Scholarship Fund in care of the Northern Indiana Community Foundation.
