He was predeceased by: his father David Cooke Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ashley Cooke (Garrett); his stepfather Don VanBlaricom; his siblings, Kerstyn Brantley (Anthony), Kaden VanBlaricom, Nathan Cooke, Isabella Cooke and Waylon VanBlaricom; his grandparents, Robin Husmann (Richard Benwell), Rollie Bell (Kathy), David, Janet Cooke Sr., April Valone (Deno) and Art Cooke (Lori); his great-grandparents, Robert Bell and Virginia Rushing; and his nieces, Brittany and Kenadee Brantley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a wide circle of friends.
