He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Ferch and Mildred Ferch (Strader); and his daughter Teresa Ferch-Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Annette (Rzetelny); his children, Robert "Todd" Ferch (Dawn), Rhonda Ferch (Willard Klein), John Ferch (Robyn), Maria Mukwena (Tsoe) and Michael Ferch (Cleo); and his grandchildren, Elliott Ferch, Lillian Mellinger, Jonathan Ferch, Nathan Ferch, Jason Ferch, Nicholas Townsend, Gabriele Mukwena, Levi Ferch, Miley Ferch, Lux Ferch and Wyatt Ferch.
A rosary will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Rannells Funeral Home - Hamlet Chapel (102 W Davis St, Hamlet, IN 46532). Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (404 E Washington St, Knox, IN 46534). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Fletcher Cemetery (700 E County Road 700 N, Hamlet, IN 46532).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests Mass donations be made to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
