She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Jazyk and Irene Jazyk; her husband John Desmond; her son Thomas; and her siblings, Edward, Fred Jazyk and Florence Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Paul of Hammond, IN and Susan Timko (Joe) of Monticello, IN; her grandsons, Steven Desmond (Sarah) of Hull, GA and Andrew Timko (Lindsay) of Huntersville, NC; her great grandchildren, Alexander and Levi; and her brother Ken Jazyk (Sandi) of Schererville, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Calumet Area.
